Controller

Main tasks

• Measures activities (sales, outstanding) and analyses plan-actual gaps
• Follows performance of complementary products, both activity and financial performance
• Supports operational team with ad-hoc analyses, price calculations and activity projections
• Performs capital expenditure planning and follow up
• Reports to controlling team leader, local management and international corporate
• Be aware of result (P&L) reporting, profitability calculations and able to substitute colleague in case of vacancy
• Participates in creation of authority reports

Requirements

• University degree in economics or finance
• Min. 2 years of relevant professional experience in controlling
• Fluent in English or French is a must, both spoken and written
• Strong MS Office knowledge (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
• SQL or SAS knowledge is a strong advantage
• Good communication with his colleagues : he uses the same words than the users
• Analysis and synthesis skills
• Organized, accurate, efficient, open-minded
• Cooperative, problem solving approach; precision; reliability
• Ability to respect deadlines and handle pressure

Retail Risk Portfolio Analyst

He/she analyses, transforms, and models data with the goal of highlighting key information. He/she suggests conclusions, makes projections regarding past and present trends and supports decision making.

Tasks

• Analyzing client portfolio, turnover and client behavior
• Developing and setting up propositions on which business decisions will be based (i.e., additional production and margin vrs additional risk)•Following up the respect of the group politics in terms of risk management, as well as the adaptations and developments in other subsidiaries
• Monitoring the risk politics of the partner, adapt the changes for the company
• Participating in elaboration of credit outstanding strategy
• Following up the risk action plan and its impacts
• Supporting in managing of risk related projects such as debt selling, direct debit optimization, credit limit strategy etc.
• Elaborating of KPI and reporting system for direction

Requirements

• College or university degree (preferably business/economic studies in statistics or engineer)
• 2-3 years professional experience
• SAS experience is a must, familiar with Excel and Access
• Good level of written and spoken English and/or French is a must
• The ideal candidate is polyvalent, proactive and pragmatic personality
• Open-minded personality with good analytical and problem solving skills
• Capacity to work independently, good communication skills

He / she guarantees the dynamic and profitable commercial operation, represents Oney, supports the work of our partners in the field of financing. Responsible for the sales results and ensures the compliance with the procedures.

Main tasks

• Participates to the development and implementation of the commercial strategies.
• Maintains and develops our market position.
• Builds good and efficient business relationships with partners, ensures the continuous support and update about market and product information.
• Manages the commercial sales team (recruitment, motivation, supervision, development).
• Responsible for the achievement of the quantitative and qualitative commercial objectives.
• Analyses the sales results, prepares reports and presents the results and the action plans

Requirements

• University degree in Economics, Commerce or Finance
• 2-5 years relevant professional experience preferably in
• Proficiency with MS Office (MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
• Excellent command of English, both spoken and written
• Good communication and negotiation skill, strong commerce business sense
• Versatile, pro- active, persistent, problem-solving, goal- and result oriented professional with strong personality.

Office manager

He/she assists the General Management of Oney, coordinates the communication and priorities between different departments, animates the internal and corporate communications, and manages relationship with office suppliers.

Tasks include

• Manages the planning, agenda and travelling of the General Management while always anticipating and keeping the business priorities in mind
• Organizes and follows up meetings of different committees in charge of governance of Oney (Supervisory Board, Steering Committee, Directors’ meeting…) as well as other occasional meetings ; preparation includes definition of agenda, producing relevant material for the meetings (such as presentations) and minutes
• Guarantees the information flow to and from the General Management on projects, key decisions, operational functioning of the company, media…
• Organizes the office environment including different equipment and utilities ; constantly improves their functioning and cost efficiency
• Participates to the formalization of internal procedures and to the follow up of their application (e.g., investments, travelling, HR…)
• Organizes corporate communication towards institutions such as Chamber of Commerce, commercial partners…
• Participates actively to internal communication locally and at corporate level
• Organizes internal events such as company anniversary, information meeting to employees and local participation to corporate events
• Participates in the follow up of projects

Requirements

• Minimum Bachelor degree, preferably in business administration
• Excellent interpersonal, written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to set priorities, highly organized, detail oriented personality with excellent time management and problem solving skills
• Demonstration of integrity within a professional environment, ability to work under pressure
• Positive personality with high level of dynamism and result orientation
• Strong command of French (spoken and written), good level of English
• Excellent command in MS Office tools
